1. Shipping Within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Orders of 500 AED and above: FREE Shipping.

Orders below 500 AED: A flat shipping fee of 35 AED applies for deliveries within the UAE only.

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (processing, inspection, and packaging).

Transit Time (Delivery): 2 to 4 business days

2. International Shipping to GCC Countries

We offer international shipping to GCC nations including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

Shipping Fees: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on the package weight and destination country.

Transit Time (Delivery): 4 to 8 business days.

3. Custom Duties and Taxes

Within the UAE: All displayed prices on our store are inclusive of the 5% UAE VAT where applicable.

GCC International Orders:

Customers are fully responsible for any local customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes imposed by their respective country's customs office upon shipment arrival.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. You can use this number to track your instrument's journey in real-time.
