Eligibility Criteria for ReturnsThe musical instrument or accessory must be unused, unplayed, and in the exact original condition that you received it.The item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging and box, including all accessories (such as cables, extra strings, gig bags, straps, and instruction manuals).We cannot accept returns for instruments that show any signs of wear, scratches, forced string tuning, or physical alterations to the body

Non-Returnable Items (For Health and Safety Reasons)In line with quality and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect:Wind Instruments (such as flutes, saxophones, clarinets, and melodicas) once their original factory sealing or packaging has been opened, due to hygiene and sanitization reasons.Strings and Consumable Items (such as guitar or oud strings, and picks) if their sealed packaging has been opened.Software and Digital Goods (such as music software or sound effect packs) that have been registered or activated with a serial number.
  4. Return Shipping CostsManufacturing Defect or Incorrect Order: Our store will bear all shipping and return costs. We will replace the instrument or issue a full refund.Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our warehouse. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee the safe arrival of the instrument.
